What are the objectives of the proposed project? Choose only one category and use <br /> additional pages as needed. <br /> ❑ Management Planning ❑ Maintenance Activities and Public Education <br /> The objectives for the maintenance and Public education for this project are as follows: <br /> -Installing sineage in project area to let the public know that there is habitat restoration in <br /> progress. Signs will include native plant names and pictures, and wildlife that they benefit. <br /> -Health of ecosystem will be monitored by volunteers and ecologist to insure this project is <br /> successful. Will adjust as needed. <br /> -Continuing to remove innoculates and propogating native species <br /> -Offer tours to locals and tourists to explain the environmental and ecological significance of <br /> Kawa, and the reasoning behind this project. (To protect Hawaiian Aumakua, and insure their <br /> survival to the best of our abilities.)
