1.0 ARTICL.E7 BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEE"riNGS Section 7. lar Meetings The newly eiected Director's and Officers shall assurne their positions and meet as a Board irnmediately foHowing the adjOUrnment of the rneeting in which they were eiected.
