F. PERMITS/APPROVALS (See Instructions for examples of permits/approvals. Remember <br /> that it is the applicant's responsibility to comply with and secure all necessary approvals and <br /> permits from federal, state, and county agencies as required.) <br /> Do any of the proposed stewardship activities require any federal, state, or county permits <br /> or approvals? <br /> If yes, explain why. If not needed, explain why. <br /> No. The properties are zoned Agriculture, AG-20. No stewardship activities which require an SMA <br /> Assessment or a CDUA permit will be conducted within the Special Management Area or <br /> Conservation District areas. The responsibilities of the ranger positions are permitted uses and <br /> these actions will not adversely impact any cultural or natural resources. No activity defined as <br /> "development", pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 205A -22, is proposed as part of this <br /> grant application. <br /> An Environmental Assessment is not required per HAR §11-200.1-15 General types of actions <br /> eligible for exemption.
