These <br /> activities have caused major flooding impacts on my lot to include threatening 2 structures (e.g. <br /> home/workshop) and have caused continuous major damages to my driveway. <br /> I want to provide my written testimony against the boards reversing of the Planning Directors decision <br /> pertaining to the Building Divisions NOV for my neighbors unpermitted driveway approach.
