As the adjacent <br /> impacted property owners,we find this attempt at an appeal deceitful and failing to disclose the entire <br /> extent of the massive problems the lot owner and his representative/contractor have created impacting <br /> our property for over 2 years while they were conducting unpermitted grubbing and grading actions.
