Commissioners Reports and Updates <br />1) Commissioner Vanebo provided a brief report on her recent attendance at <br />nd <br />the 32 Annual Hawa <br />State Capitol on October 7, 2025. Commissioner Vanebo expressed that <br />the event was well organized and she was pleased to have the opportunity <br />to speak with several legislators at this event. <br />a. Chair Konanui-Tucker provided an update on a google form that he <br />created to organize the contact information of various employers <br />and organizations. Adult Advisor Barber offered her suggestions <br />and help as someone being familiar with excel spreadsheets. <br />b. Commissioner Ha provided an update to a separate spreadsheet <br />created, along with Commissioner Rudo, who created a <br />spreadsheet. The discussion included that Chair Konanui-Tucker <br />would work to com <br />one spreadsheet. The revised spreadsheet may be discussed at <br />the next meeting. <br />c. Commissioners Vanebo and Tominaga reported that they are still <br />working on a script for commissioners to use in an effort to <br />approach prospective employers and organizations about being <br />added to the spreadsheet. <br />d. Commissioner Halemano provided a report on his experience living <br />in the town of Amherst as a college student. <br /> <br />GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />a. Chair Konanui-Tucker announced the details for the next regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 3:45 p.m., in Pueo Conference Room, located <br />at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 2601, Hilo, HI 96720. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Chair Konanui-Tucker adjourned the meeting at 4:32 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />
