A 2/3 Vote Of The Members Present Pursuant To HRS Section 92-4 Is Necessary To Hold An Executive Meeting CHR. CABANAS: Okay. So, we are now on the hearing regarding Communication number 24-13 and 25-03 and related communications. The hearing for Mr. Tony Enriquez concerns the preliminary issue or any other preliminary issue of whether the Board has jurisdiction to hear the appeal under Section 76-14 of the Hawai ʿ i Revised Statutes. If it is determined that the Board has jurisdiction, an additional hearing will be scheduled concerning the merits of the appeal. Okay.
