He alleged performance of duty on the part of an officer who was handling the case. • HPC 01 -29: Complainant alleged that a sergeant wouldn't let him make a theft report. • HPC 01 -30: Complainant claims $1,000,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from his business. He alleged that an officer never returned his calls and merchandise has not been returned. • HPC 01 -31: Complainant claims $1,000,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from his business. He alleged that an officer has not made any arrests and merchandise has not been returned.
