The Commission will hear public <br />testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called,or as allowed at <br />the sole discretion of the chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes;please plan accordingly. <br />Special Assistance:The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
