Tokunaga: Good morning everybody, my name is Mykala Tokunaga, and I'm here on behalf of The Bunker Hilo, a new division of our family business, S. Tokunaga Store. The Bunker Hilo is currently not open yet but will be a golf simulator and retail space. Our goal is to provide a modern and engaging place for local golf enthusiasts and those new to the sport. We'll be offering hourly simulator rentals for customers playing various golf courses, or those who just want to hit balls like they're at the golf range. The retail part will include a curated selection of golf apparel and accessories, and with your approval we plan to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly. This project is separate from the main S. Tokunaga Store in a different location, and is focused on bringing something new and positive to Hilo, a social and recreational space centered around the growing popularity of golf simulators. As there isn't currently anything like this in our area, we hope that this new business will help and add value to this community.
