I noticed on the report from the Licensing Technician that the lease <br />is forthcoming. <br />Tokunaga: Yes, the lease is actually, so it's a company called Base Inc., which is <br />made up of my parents and two other families who own the property. So, basically <br />we came up with a lease that's basically saying that we're renting it from ourselves, <br />S.
