Okabe: Okay, have you received the application report? <br />Doyle Dinger: Yes. <br />Okabe: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Doyle Dinger: There's only one small change to the Personal History Affidavit for <br />Matthew, his percentage shareholding in the company was omitted in error, it's actually <br />been updated to reflect 25%, so that's the only change that we have. <br />Okabe: Any public testimony? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Okabe: Hearing none. Commission, is there any discussion or questions? <br />Nishimoto: Commissioner Nishimoto, is this the old Sansei's? <br />Doyle Dinger: It is, yes. <br />Okabe: Any other questions? <br />Takase: What kind of menu do you have? <br />Frasier: So, we're going to do a breakfast brunch menu during the day, so there'll be <br />biscuits, omelets, all scratch made. We're going with local sourcing, so we're trying to <br />use as much as we possibly can to support our local farmers, our local anybody that <br />we can get in there. And then in the evening time, kind of changing it over a little bit to <br />bring in a little bit more high -end, which we feel in the area is a little bit, it can use it and <br />obviously you can use breakfast and brunch, there just really isn't any.
