We're also joined by Matthew Dinger, who is a <br />Director, and then Bill Davis who is also a co-owner, Director. So, we are a full -service <br />restaurant focusing on breakfast and brunch from 6:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m., and <br />then we'll be doing a higher end dinner from 5:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, <br />Friday, Saturday. So, we're located in the Waikoloa resort area and we feel that it's <br />a really good opportunity for us to provide a breakfast and brunch offering in the area, <br />there's nothing really dedicated like that in the area. So we've hired our executive chef, <br />we'll have a very exciting menu, biscuit -based menu made from scratch. We'll also <br />have a full service bar offering mimosas, beer, liquor, wine. And we're doing our build <br />out right now, we've signed a 10-year lease with the property management company, <br />Alexander & Baldwin, at the Queens Marketplace.
