Takase <br />Director <br />SUBJECT: Application No. 25-10, Morningwood LLC dba Morningwood, for an original <br />Restaurant General liquor license, Category B2, located at 68-1845 Waik6loa Road, <br />Suite #107-109, Waik6loa, Hawaii, 96738; TMK: 6-8-003:007. <br />NATURE OF APPLICATION: This is an application for an original Restaurant General <br />liquor license, Category B2. <br />CATEGORY B2: Category B2 allows the licensee to provide recorded music, live <br />entertainment, and dancing within its licensed premises. <br />APPLICANT: The applicant, Morningwood LLC, is a domestic limited liability company, <br />registered with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, on <br />May 25, 2024. It is manager -managed with its sole manager as follows: <br />Michael Hoover <br />The name of the registered agent in the State of Hawaii is as follows: <br />Michael Hoover, 68-3523 E Makuahine Street, Waik6loa, Hawaii 96738. <br />PERSONAL HISTORY: For information relative to the personal history of the applicant, <br />please refer to Exhibit 1 attached. <br />LOCATION OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located at the Waik6loa <br />Highlands Center, at 68-1845 Waik6loa Road, Suite #107-109, on the first floor of Building 1, <br />the former location of Pueo's Osteria, LLC dba Pueo's Osteria (REST-G-820). For further <br />information, please refer to Exhibit 2 attached. <br />DETAILS OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located on the first floor of a <br />two-story wooden structure consisting of approximately 2,535 square feet. Interior of the <br />premises consists of kitchen facilities, a dining area, bar service area, food counter, liquor <br />storage, office space, and separate men's and women's restrooms. Applicant also has control and <br />use of an outdoor patio seating area that is connected to the interior dining area. Ample parking <br />is available throughout the center's parking lot.
