?? inaudible Yeah, that's what I told him. I was like, choke out, cellular choke hammer, so you
can get,yeah, notifications.
TC Yeah, so that's what I have for my report.
LT: Okay, I think that we should invent on...
RD: Jason, you know, the reports from, Mana Road, should we let DOCARE, should we,you
know, come out of this commission and say, hey,we're... this is what we're hearing.Yeah.
Are you guys hearing the same things? What are we gonna do about it?
TC: Yeah, for sure. I mean, I definitely think so, because, like. I know some of the guys, they're
pulling an all nightery, like, oh, my guy's not a game over that, but to me, it's like, at the end
of the day the guys'fences that's getting cut, they're fellow hunters as well. So,technically,
we gotta help protect them, you know?Yeah. So, rather than the so called...Yeah,to me as
a guy, but vultures, so you're still cutting somebody's property at the end of the day, and I
don't even do that,you know, so, like,why would...Yeah,yeah.
BL: Yeah, I've reported there was a group of people that were poaching sheep on Mana Road,
and the response I got, well, its Hawaiian Homeland,so we really need a little sketchy, kind
of like it's a free-for-all wild, wild west out there. Nobody wants to take responsibility and go
afterthese people. Yeah. Oh,they're stealingfrom basically everybody.
TC: Yeah, and that's a decent, that's why I just wanted to add in that comment, is where, like, I
had a few conversations with people. I get its Hawaiian Homelands, but that fence line is
also somebody's pocket money and time, putting up a fence.
RD: Robert Duerr District 1; 1 thinkwe just need to get this, like, on record. Like, have them say,
no more top story, have them say, because essentially, you call the police, they're not gonna
go, hey, it's Hawaiian Homeland,we can't go.What is DOCARE's responsibility? Yeah, and
if poachers are taking community property animals.
JA: Exactly.Yeah.Yeah, that's even our responsibility to use their law enforcement arms, and...
Oh,at least that.Yeah.
TC: Yeah. Oh,and another one to add to that, yeah, two more rams, also. Body left when I first
went in. Ram's head's gone, whole body there, and they were obviously rams and just go on,
so... It's just sad to see that. I honestly think it's young guys. Some of the grand pictures,
you know, but it's still you hunting, if you're gonna do stuff like that. That's it.
LT: That's it.Any more discussion?Okay, none,seen. Moving forward, District 3, Leomana, I got
a couple of updates for District 3,starting with Keaukaha, the whole... speaking of Hawaiian
homes. There are a couple of properties on the borderline of the Homestead in Keaukaha up
against 4 miles that, I guess they redid the fence line from the beach all the way to the
airport, so there's a herd of about 30 pigs just running loose in Homestead, on the beach for
the past two weeks, just trying to figure out where to go,yeah? So, I just wanted to make
4
