Meet and Greet Department of Human Resources Employees: Administrative Services <br />Division <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: We are now on the “Director’s Report” and the first thing is a meet and greet <br />staff of the Department of Human Resources, specifically, the Administrative Services Division. <br />Sommer? <br /> <br />(At this time, Ms. Sommer J. Tokihiro, Director, Human Resources Department, came <br />forward.) <br /> <br />MS. TOKIHIRO: Okay. I’d like to call Dee up, to introduce the Administrative Services <br />Division. <br /> <br />(At this time, Ms. Dee Ann Sadayasu, Administrative Services Officer II, Human <br />Resources Department, came forward.) <br /> <br />MS. TOKIHIRO: They’ve been very busy, so I haven’t been able to bring the staff to meet all of <br />you in a prior meeting. They’ve been working hard, so I’m happy to have Dee do an <br />introduction to her division. <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: Good morning, Dee Ann. Oh, just press the right button—yeah. <br /> <br />MS. SADAYASU: Hi. <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: Hi, good morning, Dee Ann. <br /> <br />MS. SADAYASU: Good morning. <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: Nice to see you and your staff. I know it’s a busy time. I guess the word is <br />more than busy. <br /> <br />MS. SADAYASU: So, I’m Dee Ann Sadayasu, I’m the Administrative Services Officer. I’ve <br />been with the County for 30-plus years. I’ve been with Human Resources for 20 years. <br /> <br />I’d like to introduce my staff. So, I have Leslie Kamahele, who’s our Human Resources <br />Program Specialist; I have Tisha Narimatsu, who’s our Administrative Services Program <br />Specialist; and I have Winter Takiue, who’s our Human Resources Specialist I. <br /> <br />So, for the Administrative Services Division we oversee and coordinate the administrative and <br />fiscal operations of the department; coordinating activity between Human Resources and the <br />Finance Department when it comes to HR and payroll matters; we administer rules, policies, <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
