Ueoka, Esq., Applicant's attorney <br />and Authorized Agent, Derek Jon DeSalvia has been identified to oversee the purchase and sale <br />of alcohol for the Applicant. Please refer to Exhibit 2 attached. <br />LOCATION OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located within a licensed <br />premises, the Waikoloa Village Lessee LLC dba Hilton Waikoloa Village, <br />69-425 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa, Hawaii, which holds a Hotel liquor license (H-024). <br />More specifically, the proposed licensed premises will be located within the Hilton Grand <br />Vacations Club Ocean Tower on the northern end of the licensed premises. Please refer to the <br />photo below. <br />REDUCTION IN LICENSED PREMISES FOR WAIKOLOA VILLAGE LESSEE LLC: <br />Under New Business, Waikoloa Village Lessee LLC is concurrently applying for a Reduction in <br />Licensed Premises to its Hotel liquor license of approximately 5,983 square feet, which includes: <br />• Approximately 5,833 square feet of primary restaurant space located on the ground level, <br />including the outdoor seating area. <br />• Approximately 150 square feet of storage space <br />This reduction in licensed premises is to allow Hilton Grand Vacations Management, LLC to <br />operate under its own liquor license within its premises.
