Liquor Commission <br />Hilton Grand Vacations Management, LLC <br />dba Ocean Tower Bistro and Bar <br />Page 3 <br />DETAILS OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises consists of approximately <br />5,983 square feet, which includes: <br />• Approximately 5,833 square feet of primary restaurant space located on the ground level, <br />including the outdoor seating area. <br />• Approximately 150 square feet of storage space, located near the restrooms in the mauka <br />wing. <br />The primary restaurant space will consist of kitchen facilities, a sushi bar and a bistro bar with <br />bar seating for the service of meals and alcohol beverages.
