Liquor Commission <br />Hilton Grand Vacations Management, LLC <br />dba Ocean Tower Bistro and Bar <br />Page 4 <br />Travel Traders Hotel Stores, Inc., dba Dancing Dolphins (RG-123) is located within the Hilton <br />Waik6loa Village, however, they are not part of its Hotel liquor license. <br />KIND OF BUSINESS: Applicant will operate as a full -service restaurant and will offer <br />Hawaiian fusion and American casual dining cuisine. <br />Applicant will be open seven (7) days a week serving breakfast from 7:00 a.m. - 1 1:00 a.m., <br />lunch from 11:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. and dinner from 5:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m. Applicant plans to <br />provide bar service from 7:00 a.m. — midnight, with pupus available during bar service hours. <br />Employment will consist of approximately seven (7) employees, five (5) of which will be <br />certified by the Department of Liquor Control to supervise the sale, service and consumption of <br />liquor. <br />Applicant plans to have live entertainment six (6) days a week from 7:00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m. in the <br />form of a DJ, soloist, or local band. <br />LEASE: Although there is no lease in place, the applicant, Hilton Grand Vacations <br />Management, LLC, is 100% owned by the Hilton Resorts Corporation, who is also the fee owner <br />of the subject parcel, TMK: 6-9-007:039, where the proposed licensed premises is located. For <br />further information, please refer to the Company Ownership Chart attached as Exhibit 6. <br />ZONING: Resort -Hotel <br />SURROUNDING AREA: Survey of the surrounding area reveals that there are no schools, <br />churches or other liquor licenses with the same class or kind located within 500 feet of the <br />proposed licensed premises. <br />At the present time, there are approximately 135 of the same class and H 8 of the same kind of <br />liquor licenses being lawfully exercised in the County of Hawaii. <br />SECTION 281-56(6), HRS: The applicant is qualified and has complied with the minimum <br />requirements set forth under Chapter 281, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, relative to the <br />making and filing of this application. <br />U110 A NA I N <br />ck_� <br />ZOENWN K.
