ADJOURNMENT <br />Meeting Instructions and Information <br />Submitting Written Testimony: Written testimony may be submitted by email to <br />Police.Commission@hawaiipolice.gov,by mail, or in person at the Police Commission’s office <br />12:00 noon, two business days before the meeting. Note that all written testimony is considered a <br />public record. <br />Oral Testimony:Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear <br />public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called, or <br />as allowed at the sole discretion of the chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes; please <br />plan accordingly. <br />Special Assistance: The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities. If you need an <br />auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, contact the Commission’s <br />secretary by phone at (808) 932-2950 or by email at Charisse.Correa@hawaiipolice.gov as soon <br />as possible, preferably three days before the meeting date.
