Greenwell: Second, Greenwell. <br />Commissioner Taniguchi moved to approve Application for Change to <br />a Class 2, Restaurant license from its Dispenser General liquor license, <br />Category B1, located at the Kona Banyan Court, 75-5695 Ali`i Drive, <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; Seconded by Commissioner Greenwell. <br />Yadao: Any discussion of the motion? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Yadao: Hearing none, all those in favor say "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Yadao: Opposed "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by Commissioners. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Morifuji: I have a question pertaining to that last approval, the new law or I guess 281, <br />doesn't it state the licensee can now come in and apply for a restaurant general and <br />prove to the Department it has met that criteria of 30% immediately? Before it was you <br />had to open as a dispenser, correct? But now they can, why did this person do that? <br />Waltjen: Because I guess initially when he started, right? He had to do a dispenser but <br />he may want to you know, do like provide offsite catering which a restaurant licensee <br />can do. <br />Morifuji: I see, okay thank you. <br />Waltjen: You're welcome. <br />4.
