Da Coco Shack <br />Hawaii <br />March 13, 2026 <br />Hawaii County Liquor Commission <br />Re: Request for Extension of Time for Issuance of Liquor License <br />Aloha Commissioners, <br />On behalf of our company, we respectfully request an extension of time for the issuance of our liquor license for our <br />establishment located in Hawaii County. We remain committed to completing the licensing process and opening our <br />establishment in full compliance with all County and State regulations. <br />Our team has been actively working through several administrative and operational requirements necessary prior to final <br />issuance. This includes coordinating with the Department of Public Works regarding occupancy matters, confirming the <br />appropriate use classification for the premises, and progressing through the County's EPIC permitting system to ensure all <br />building and operational requirements are properly addressed. <br />While significant progress has been made, some permitting and administrative timelines remain outside of our direct <br />control.
