<br /> This is an in-person meeting, and the Police Commissioners will participate in
<br /> person. The primary way to testify at this meeting is in person; however, as a
<br /> courtesy to the public, the Commission provides the following additional option for
<br /> remote viewing or testifying.
<br /> Although not required, to register in advance for oral testimony, please email
<br /> micah.alameda@hawaiicounty.gov before the meeting if you wish to testify
<br /> remotely. Pursuant to Section 92-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), interested
<br /> persons who want to provide oral testimony may do so at the time public
<br /> statements are called for at the top of the agenda or at the time the agenda item is
<br /> called. Public testimony may be limited to five (5) minutes in length per agenda item.
<br /> Please state the agenda item you are testifying on before you begin.
