APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> February 20, 2026, regular and executive sessions. <br /> March 20, 2026, regular and executive sessions. <br /> IV. POLICE CHIEFS REPORT ON DEPARTMENT ACTIVITIES <br /> This report includes statements regarding the following: <br /> • Crime Statistics <br /> • Traffic Statistics <br /> • Vice Report <br /> • Personnel Report <br /> • Finance Report <br /> • Commendations and Awards <br /> • Other Department Activities/Highlights <br /> V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Permitted Interaction Group (PIG) Report: Discussion of the report from the <br /> Permitted Interaction Group formed on August 30, 2024, to review and recommend <br /> amendments to the Police Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. The <br /> report was formally submitted in writing at the February meeting, as the PIG <br /> members are no longer serving on the Commission. The Commission will review the <br /> recommendations, discuss, and take appropriate action. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC) <br /> For the following agenda items, the Commission will meet in executive session to <br /> consider charges against officers or employees of the police department, where <br /> matters affecting privacy will be involved and may consult with the board's attorney <br /> on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, <br /> immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS § 92-5 (a)(2)(4) and the Hawaii County <br /> Charter Section 13-20 (b). <br /> VI. CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS (EXECUTIVE <br /> SESSION — CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC) <br /> • HPC 26-13(a) and 26-13(b): Complainants allege the officers were aggressive <br /> and disrespectful. <br />
