(b) If the Department determines that the proposed <br /> amendment (s) are of a non-substantive or technical <br /> nature, the Department shall so notify the principal, <br /> the County Council and other parties to the Agreement <br /> and shall forward the proposed amendments to the Mayor <br /> for his approval . <br /> 1-1 ? Satisfaction,_Cancellation, Termination <br /> ( a) A Development Agreement may be cancelled or terminated <br /> in accordance with provisions of Section 9 of Ordinance <br /> No . 93-37 or in accordance with provisions of the <br /> Development Agreement . <br /> (b) Upon satisfaction of the requirements and terms of the <br /> Development Agreement and upon request of the Office of <br /> the Mayor , and the County Council by resolution shall <br /> declare the satisfaction of the Development Agreement . <br /> 1-13 Severability <br /> In the event any portion of this rule is declared invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other parts of this rule. <br />
