( 1) "Designated Agency" means the Planning Department <br /> of the County of Hawaii as authorized by the <br /> Mayor . <br /> ( 2) "Director" means the Director of the Planning <br /> Department of the County of Hawaii . <br /> 1-4 Applicant Qualifications <br /> A principal or its authorized agent may file an application <br /> to enter into a Development Agreement . <br /> 1-5 Application and Content <br /> Original and fifteen ( 15) copies of : <br /> ( a) An application form which shall at a minimum contain: <br /> ( i) The name and business address of the principal; <br /> ( ii ) A description of the nature of the interest in <br /> the property held by the principal, including the <br /> length of the lease, if held by leasehold; <br />
