( iii) A description of the subject property, including <br /> Tax Map Key and land area, along with maps, site <br /> plans and other documents and materials as may be <br /> appropriate, identifying the subject area . <br /> ( iv) Written approval of the fee owner, if applicant <br /> is leasee . <br /> (b) Written narrative of the proposed uses of the property, <br /> which shall at a minimum contain: <br /> ( i) Summary description of the proposed development <br /> and a statement of the objectives and reasons for <br /> the request , including the proposed project <br /> timetable, phasing, commencement and termination <br /> dates ; <br /> (ii) Written description of proposed on and off-site <br /> infrastructure, services or public benefits ; <br /> (iii ) Any other information that the Department may <br /> reasonably determine to be necessary for the <br /> proper review and evaluation of the subject <br /> application and the preparation of any <br /> Development Agreement . <br /> (c) Information concerning the location of any trails , <br /> easement or other ways on the subject property, public <br />
