(d) The Mayor or his designated negotiator shall then <br /> negotiate the terms of the Development Agreement with <br /> the applicant and shall prepare the final draft <br /> agreement to the County Council for its public hearing <br /> and action pursuant to Ordinance No . 93-37 . <br /> (e) Upon receipt of a Resolution approving a Development <br /> Agreement , the Mayor may then execute the Agreement on <br /> behalf of the County. <br /> ( f) The Department shall provide the applicant with the <br /> executed Development Agreement and shall file a copy <br /> with the Bureau of Conveyance or with the Land Court <br /> System within twenty (20) days of its execution. <br /> 1-7 Contents of Development Agreement <br /> ( a) The contents and provisions of a Development Agreement <br /> shall be as prescribed by Ordinance No . 93-37 or <br /> subsequent amendments . <br /> 1-8 Other Parties to the Development Agreement <br /> In addition to the County and principal , any federal , state, <br /> or local government agency or body may be included as a party <br /> to the Development Agreement . The Department shall be <br /> responsible for the overall administration of the Agreement . <br />
