Big Island Brewery LLC, dba Hamakua Sports Bar (10:00 A.M.) <br />Pursuant to Rule 1 -16 of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor <br />Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawai'i, <br />State of Hawai'i, submits application to amend conditions placed on its liquor <br />license. <br />The following are the conditions imposed by the Liquor Commission at its <br />meeting held on May 7, 2009: <br />Sundays through Thursday — Close @ 10:00 PM. <br />2. Friday and Saturday — Close @ 12:00 Midnight. <br />3. No amplification. <br />4. Four times a year hours may be extended up until 2 AM with notification <br />to the Department of Liquor Control and recognized Protesters within <br />500 feet, at least two weeks prior to the event. <br />Licensee requests the following proposed amendments: <br />Lift condition 3 to allow amplification and karaoke for a 3 month <br />trial period. <br />2 <br />
