Opinions and decisions of the Board with all <br />confidential material deleted shall be available for <br />public inspection at the Board offices during regular <br />business hours. <br />e. Disclosures filed in accordance with Rule 9 herein shall <br />be available for public inspection during regular <br />business hours at the Office of the County Clerk, Hawaii <br />County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br />f.
