Pung moved to approve the agenda as submitted. E. Takazawa seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />K. Peters moved to approve the May 15, 2009 minutes. A. Mejia seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s reports were circulated. <br />N. Kelly reported that last fiscal year’s report reflect a leftover balance of $1,205.60 <br />which lapsed and was returned to the general fund. The new budget for fiscal year <br />July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 reflects a reduction in the travel account of $1,380. <br />K. Nova encouraged CSW members to carpool and suggested that the committee not <br />meet for one meeting during the summer months to reduce expenses. <br />K.
