Peters moved to approve the agenda as submitted. A. Mejia seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />K. Peters noted that she had suggested a full-page ad for the Hall of Fame and <br />that it was an example. <br />K. Peters moved to approve the October 17, 2008 minutes with her correction. <br />A. Mejia seconded the motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s report was circulated. <br />J. Viernes reported that outstanding expenditures are Jade Moon’s expenses <br />from the Women’s Hall of Fame. <br />K. Peters moved to accept the treasurer’s report. A. Mejia seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />D.
