Peters moved to approve the agenda as submitted. K. Nova seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />K. Nova moved to approve the February 16, 2007 minutes. K. Peters seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURERS REPORT <br />The treasurers report was circulated. <br />C. Kitaoka reported that she received the bill from the Hilton Waikoloa Village for the <br />Teen Dating Violence Prevention Peer Education Conference. However, it was <br />incorrect because they charged CSW $500 for security keys. <br />C. Ka-ipo pointed out that CSW is over in the mileage account. She suggested that <br />next years budgetreflectan increase in the budgeted amount for mileage. J. Viernes <br />responded that the budget is now flexibleand any shortages will come out of the base <br />account. <br />C. Ka-ipo moved to accept the treasurers report. K. Peters seconded the motion.
