Newland moved to approve the agenda as submitted. C. Ka-ipo seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />N. Kelly moved to approve the November 17, 2006 minutes. S. Newland seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER€S REPORT <br />The treasurer€s report was circulated. <br />Outstanding expenditures are the Teen Dating Violence Prevention Peer Education <br />Conference ($8,000 to $10,000) and the Women€s Hall of Fame ($200). <br />C. Ka-ipo moved to accept the treasurer€s report. S.
