Ka-ipo moved to approve the agenda as submitted. K. Peters seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />M. Masunaga moved to approve the July 22, 2005 minutes. C. Kitaoka seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s report was circulated. <br />C. Ka-ipo clarified the budget for the travel account and miscellaneous charges to make <br />sure adequate funds are available for the upcoming International Women’s Leadership <br />Conference and the Women’s Hall of Fame. <br />E. Takazawa moved to accept the treasurer’sreport. C.
