D. Bylaws <br />D. Pung circulated draft rules and regulations for omiyage. P. Newland made two <br />recommendations to clear up the language. She recommended changing unpaid <br />to gifted and not to exceed to up to. <br />P. Newland moved to approve the revised rules and regulations for omiyage. <br />M. Masunaga seconded the motion. The motion waspassed. <br />E. Election of Officers <br />CSW voted by secret ballot and the results are as follows: <br />Chair D. Pung <br />Vice-Chair C. Kitaoka <br />The officers are to serve until June 30, 2005. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Next meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on Friday, March 18, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. in the Kona <br />Mayors Office. <br />B. Schedules <br />K.
