F. Program Budget <br />L. Guluzzy expressed how difficult it was to complete the budget because of the time <br />frame and the lack of instructions/guidelines. Therefore, she would like to <br />recommend for future chairs that an instruction sheet be included from J. Viernes <br />that explains the schedule, time line, and explanation of each budget document. <br />L. Guluzzy asked CSW members to review the program budget for fiscal year 2005- <br />06 and the final status report on program objectives for fiscal year 2003-04. After <br />some suggested revisions by M. Masunaga, D. Pung moved to accept the program <br />budget for fiscal year 2005-06 and the final status report on program objectives for <br />fiscal year 2003-04. J. Balberde-Kamalii seconded the motion. The motion was <br />passed. <br />G. Other <br />L. Guluzzy reminded everyone that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. <br />J. Balberde-Kamalii added that October is also Domestic Violence Awareness <br />Month. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Next meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on Friday, December 17, 2004, at 10 a.m. in Kona. <br />Location to be announced. Christmas lunchto follow and CSW members to bring a <br />grab bag gift of $10. <br />L. Guluzzy said she will invite the Governors Liaison Officer for West Hawaii, <br />S.
