Kalei and B. Lively introduced themselves. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />D. Pung moved to approve the agenda as submitted. L. Guluzzy seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />L. Guluzzy made a correction to the minutes on page 4 as follows: It should read <br />L. Guluzzy offered the use of tennis rackets through her husband from the USTA. <br />L. Guluzzy moved to accept the minutes of April 16, 2004 as corrected. D. Pung <br />seconded the motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURERS REPORT <br />The treasurers report was circulated. <br />L. Guluzzy moved to accept the treasurers report. P. Newland seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />STATEMENTSFROMTHEPUBLIC <br />B. Lively provided a brief history of the Olaa Community Center. The center was <br />openedeightmonthsagoandisavolunteer/donationdrivenorganization.Thecenter <br />recently applied for and received a meth initiative grant. They are still seeking more <br />fundingandcollaboration. <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br /> <br />
