CALL TO ORDER <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM MARCH 16, 2006, MEETING <br />Motion and Vote: Ms. Cushnie moved to have the minutes approved; Ms. Stremski <br />seconded; and all members voted aye to approve the minutes of March 16, 2006. <br />3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />No members of the public were present. <br />4. APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND /OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA <br />There was no addendum or supplemental agenda. <br />5. PRESENTATION AND QUESTION /ANSWER SESSION W ITH DEPARTMENT <br />OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT <br />Present on behalf of the Department of Envirommental Management ( "DEM ") were <br />Director Barbara Bell, Deputy Director Nelson Ho, and Accountant Robin Bauman. <br />
