MONEY LEFT OVER IN THE BUDGET <br />K. Kudlo asked for ideas to use money in the current budget befo <br />June. L. Lord told the commission about his involvement in a re <br />about technology and safety with victims. He requested $100 fro <br />commission to go towards payment for going to this training. He <br />this information with the commission. <br />D. Auldridge made a motion to approve $100 to L. Lord from the c <br />budget for the training. K. Wolfe seconded. <br />Motion was unanimously passed. <br />Commission members are asked to bring ideas to the next meeting on projects <br />that money in the current budget can be used for. <br />B. REIMBURSEMENT FOR MATERIAL COSTS FOR DV-101 <br />There will be no material costs for the DV-101 training. If the <br />Point for Families will donate. <br />Discussion was held on the length of the next meeting/training. <br />suggested that the budget items be the priority for the next mee <br />agenda to Items I-V and defer the committee reports. K. Wolfe s <br />commissioners bring their favorite potluck dish. <br />Meeting in April will be meeting/training, to last approximately <br />Commissioners are asked to bring a potluck dish. <br />C. COMMUNITY CONCERNS AND NEEDS <br />K. Wolfe went to an outreach at Kealakehe School, an activity th <br />churches have been doing. She would like the commission to dona <br />to these events. K. Kudlo asked for this to be put on a list as <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />There were no statements from the public. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />K. Kudlo reported that the Domestic Violence Fundraising Dinner <br />at the Royal Kona Resort at 6:00 p.m., $40 a person, and encoura <br />members to attend, possibly be introduced as a group. <br />K. Kudlo saw a flyer about an Elder Abuse Training, and will try <br />on what it was about. <br />4 <br /> <br />
