Where a city cross <br />the portion on either side of the boundary gets a different MCD <br />So, ask around to find out what kinds of census units are used t <br />congressional districts in your state, and you’ll get a better i <br />look like. <br />C.Measuring Population Equality <br />How does a court measure the degree of population equality in a <br />give you an example.
