CAMBRA: No, I'm just here to find out if a violation did occur or not, so basically it doesn't <br />matter. <br />KK: In other words, you're consenting to having Mr. Gilman here? Okay. <br />PKO: And Mr. Gilman needs to come up and say what he thinks about it. <br />KK: Can we have your - <br />GILMAN: Regarding this, I would like to sit alongside of him. <br />KK: Okay, let the record show that both people have consented to testify at the same <br />time. <br />KAMELAMELA: At the Board's discretion, opening statements, what I did, I <br />actually gave Mr. Cambra and Mr. Gilman pre- hearing statements, and I'm not <br />sure if that's been <br />PKO: Use the round thing. It's for our recorder, but I don't think it's volumizing you. <br />KAMELAMELA: Oh, okay. Earlier I passed out pre- hearing statements of Mr. Cambra and <br />Mr. Gilman. I'm not sure if they had opportunity to review it, but I'm just going <br />to request that the be limited to the ethical issue <br />PKO: <br />are we ready to begin? <br />Do you need time to read that before we begin, or <br />CAMBRA: I looked through it, and I understand a lot of stuff that is in here. I didn't read it <br />completely.
