I would like to see a copy of your letter to Mr. Hoffmann, and I just <br />want to clarify that we do, or do not, in this case we do not have jurisdiction <br />over the organization of the Council or their rules of conduct, if they have <br />them. <br />BURNS: Who has jurisdiction over that rule? <br />SHARPLESS: I'm not sure.
