As Chair, after hearing <br />your testimony and reviewing your petition and the back -up documentation, I feel that <br />this Board is ready to make a decision on this. I'd be willing to entertain any motions or <br />suggestions to move on to this. Or we can during discussion we can reiterate, ask <br />questions and seek some answers that we might need. If nobody feels that way, then why <br />don't we call out Ms. Naeole and her counsel thank you, Mr. Cole to respond.
