CHAIR: --Excuse me <br />PRANKS: - -lack of evidence <br />CHAIR: I said that if we need information from you, we'd ask you. <br />PRANKS: I understand what you said. <br />CHAIR: All right. <br />PRANKS: But you've changed the rules in the middle of the game. This is not how it's <br />been done before. <br />CHAIR: Well, that's the thing, is if we need more information, we ask for it. Okay, Ms. <br />Nicholson, do you need any more information? <br />NICHOLSON No. No, I'm fine. <br />CHAIR: Did you see the video? Ms. Gentry? <br />GENTRY: I didn't see the video. <br />CHAIR: Okay. All right. Do we have a motion to reject this or to find that there is no <br />violation of the Ethics Code as specified? <br />NICHOLSON: I move that we find no violation of the Code of Ethics in relation to <br />Petition 2009 -10. <br />GENTRY: Second. <br />CHAIR: Okay, all in favor? Aye. <br />GENTRY: Aye. <br />NICHOLSON: Aye. <br />CHAIR: All right, moving on to Petition No. 2009 -11 <br />b. Petition No. 2009 -11: Petitioner alleges that a County officer or employee <br />violated Section 2- 83(a)(3) of the Code of Ethics (regarding fair treatment) <br />by violating his "constitutional right to petition the government by abridging <br />my ability to speak at a public meeting [while allowing] others to speak even <br />on items not on the agenda." <br />CHAIR: This again has to do with the Council. I've had a chance to take a look at the <br />Petitioner's summary of events and also the response by Chair Yoshimoto. Again, I think <br />5 <br />
