A <br />couple of things. I don't think there's any conflict at all. It's a short term that's set to <br />expire on June 30, 2010, of next year. I don 't think that her position in the Planning <br />Department would raise too many red flags or there 'd be any issues regarding elections <br />in her duties at the Planning Department.
