The motion was second by Mr. Benedict Yung and <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />Recess at 11.20 a.m. <br />Reconvened at 11.44 a.m. <br />Motion was made by Ms. Ruth Walker to consider a district meeting in <br />Laupahoehoe. This motion was second by Ms. Hannah Springer and carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />After discussing having a community meeting in Laupahoehoe, possible <br />dates given were January 27, 2006, February 1, 2006 or February 2, 2006. It <br />was agreed that Commissioner Laura Schuster be the Chairperson at this <br />meeting and Commissioners Kenneth Kaneshiro and Ruth Walker agreed to <br />assist her. Commission Secretary, Cathy will find a community place and will <br />contact Chairperson Laura Schuster and her committee members upon finalizing <br />the date and place. <br />Motion was made by Mr. Kalani Flores to approve the "Survey Form" as <br />amended by deleting Section 214 in paragraph one, at the bottom of the second <br />page, change "Please send suggestions" to "Please Send Completed Forms" <br />and add "For further information contact: Cathy Minor at 961- 8251." This <br />motion was second by Ms. Hannah Springer and carried unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br />
