Commissioner Ruth Walker withdrew her motion. Commissioner Paul <br />Campbell withdrew his second. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Kalani Flores that should the property <br />receive a total score of zero "0'; then this property would be set aside. This <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Hannah Springer and carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Recess for Lunch at 12:00 noon <br />Reconvened at 1:18 p.m. <br />The Commissioners divided into three working groups to process and apply the <br />assessment criteria to the survey forms. Group 1 consisted of Commissioners <br />Hannah Springer and Kalani Flores. Group 2 consisted of Commissioners <br />Kenneth Kaneshiro and Ruth Walker. Group 3 consisted of Commissioners Paul <br />Campbell, Jocelyn Garovoy and John Replogle. The three working groups will <br />continue this process at the next noticed meeting of this Commission. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The next meeting will be held on Monday, March 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the <br />Department of Liquor Control, Conference Room, 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 230, <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Hannah Springer moved to adjourn the meeting; Kenneth <br />Kaneshiro second the motion and all members voted aye.
