Ms. Springer suggested that the Commission draft a form letter that is prepared and ready to send out. <br />Ms. Self added that they should include boxes and different types of reasons of what they need to <br />respond to in one letter. <br />Ms. Moon asked everyone to make a list of communications in the past that they have had to respond to <br />and bring to the next meeting. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Ms. Moon reported that she will be attending a public access workshop on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at <br />the library on how to talk to the legislature. <br />The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Kona. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion: Commissioner Matsumura moved to adjourn the meeting.
