HENRICKS: At this time, I’ll make a motion to dismiss the petition on the grounds <br />that the evidence that’s provided so far does not in any way support violations of Section <br />2-83, subsection (a), subsection (b), or 2-83(b). <br /> <br />MR. Petition No. 2011-02: Initial review of petition alleging that an officer <br />conspired to deprive Petitioner of his constitutional rights, in violation of <br />Sections 2-83(a)(3) and 2-83(b) of the Hawai‘i County Code of Ethics. <br /> <br /> <br />MR. BALSIS: Do you have any comments on that particular one? <br /> <br />MR. COLE: Yes, I do. Yes, I request the chair of the board to identify the petitioner and <br />the county official identified and the circumstances of the petition. <br /> <br />MR. BALSIS: Yes. The petitioner is Dan A.
